Thanksgiving Clay Cornucopia
Small clay foods are made to insert into the clay cornucopia.
A large clay triangle is folded into a cone and stuffed with towels to stay open.
The towels will burn out in the kiln firing. The clay food is glued in with clay slip.
We use this same cone standing up for our Christmas tree.

What a Surprise!
Wow! What? I was given the Me Encanta Tú Blog Award in my first week of blogging from the blogger I most admire, Deb, from Living Montessori Now! How cool is that! What incentive for a newbie like me.
Thank you, Deb, for all your hard work and connecting so many teachers!

Deer Tray with coloring page. Fur, hoof, etc.
Large black tray is a drip tray for boots. Also handy for water works.
Actual bones I found in the forest are matched to cards.
Note of interest: The huge white tray is made to go under a washing machine and can be found at a hardware for under $5. Very handy for many projects
Poor dead rabbit from my yard is paired with fur, pictures, books, etc.
